Watermint Place 
This development involved demolition of an existing 2 storey community centre that had been vacant for over 10 years. This involved asbestos removal, services disconnections and site clearance. On the cleared site, we constructed 26 1 and 2 bed apartments in a building spread over 4 storeys on a sloping site. The construction involved new retaining walls due to the slope of the site, then traditional construction with widespan concrete floors. PV systems were installed along with external works including a new access from the existing highway, new car parking area, bin store and landscaping works.
